We strive to make every stay at Fana Resort comfortable. If your booking is canceled as per our cancellation policy, refunds will be processed as follows:

Refund Conditions

  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be charged one night’s stay.
  • In case of no-show, no refund will be issued.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days from the cancellation approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Transaction fees or bank charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Special offers, discounted stays, or promotional bookings may be non-refundable. Such terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
