1. Booking & Payment
- All reservations must be confirmed with a valid payment method.
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
- Prices are subject to applicable taxes.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be charged one night’s stay.
- In case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Guest Policies
- A valid government ID is required at check-in for all guests.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
- Pets are not allowed inside the property.
- Quiet hours are observed after 10 PM to ensure a peaceful environment.
5. Liability
- Fana Resort is not responsible for loss of personal belongings during your stay.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property.
6. Use of Facilities
- Amenities such as free Wi-Fi, parking, and room services are available as per resort policy.
- Facilities are for registered guests only.
